The last couple weeks have been getting over the terrible cold (including laryngitis) and trying to avoid Halloween candy. The diet is still going well, sticking to no animal protein and no processed foods. Here are a few of the dishes that I whipped up in the last two weeks:
Homemade coleslaw, never made this before. I used a non fat mayo (a low fat veganaise could also be used), olive oil, flax seed oil, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Great!
Weight lost this week: 1lb
Trips to the gym: 2 (three next week!)
