The adorable Seattle based handbag line, Emilie SLOAN is opening a pop-up shop in Pacific Place this Saturday! They will be open until January (maybe longer ?) and featuring different local designers along side their wonderful and colorful selection of handbags. After dropping off my Seamless runway garments downtown, I nipped over to Pacific Place to drop off bags of Frock Shop dresses. Crazy day! The shop space is huge and I'm excited to see what Lisa does with it by Saturday! Very exciting and excited for her.
Check it out, buy some stuff!

Arrived today, won off ebay! I've been collecting Vera scarves and linens for years, but have never seen Vera dress block patterns before. I was so happy to win this on ebay (no other offers!) I'm so tempted to make the dress up, but also want to save the fabric as it's so rare. I think there is enough of the pieces to make two dresses, so might make up one?? Not sure! Just in love with this print!
If anything inspires me to get the old crochet hook out its this glorious granny square Christmas tree skirt at Antho! I wonder if I have time, hmmm. With yarn from the Goodwill I'm pretty sure I can do it for less than the $298 asking price...
Fabric Stash is a really fun fabric event with lots and lots of great fabrics and trims to choose from. It's moved from Seattle to Tacoma, but looks to be another great party! Oct 22-23rd, click the link below for more details:
