I'm always so in awe of the gorgeous pictures of peoples studio spaces, all funky and clean. Well, I thought it would be fun and a little embarrassing to post 360 degree pictures of my work space, which is also our spare room. There is no time to clean or decorate in a cool and trendy work space way, so it's just a great mess.

 
  This is also where my mother-in-law gets to sleep when she comes to stay once a month...

I've had to take the organic cotton sunhats down from the Hoot and Etsy sites as I am now overwhelmed with orders! I will be putting them back up for sale in a couple weeks when I have caught up!

Launching a Children's wear line...very slowly...

I am quietly launching my vintage fabric baby dress line under my own label, Suzy Fairchild, as I'm not quite ready to go into production with these as I'm swamped with Hoot making right now! I'm going back to having help making them as I can't keep up. I want to be spending my spare time (after 8pm) working on new styles. I made up this gorgeous look book a few weeks back using issuu, a fabulous online magazine publishing website...

The dresses are available online at HOOT Organic and soon on Frock Shop and Etsy. Next week I'm delivering a small collection of them (along with a large selection of Hoots) to Village Maternity in the U.Village, Seattle. Very excited to be in this very sweet shop!
