Another new...

bag finished for my great customer Karen. She is such a sport! She ordered her bag just as I was getting the shop set up, so has had to wait for ages! I finally got to finish her bag last night while watching America's next top model and Medium ;P

Locally Made...

Also finished today is my ad for The Stranger (our local Seattle newspaper) Locally Made Fashion issue which comes out on Thursday. I did the ad to look sort of like a vintage pattern, but to fit in the ad space I had to rearrange it, so this is the ad that will be printed. I think it came out cute! I think I will do some postcard mailers with this image...

Newly finished...

today for a customer, a funky computer bag. I do the sewing at home and any hand work I do at the shop. The outside fabric was supplied by the customer and I complimented it with a durable cotton twill and all lined in a double batting to protect the computer.

Also finished last week these funky animal sweater knit bags for the shop:>

Frock Shop Front...

Here is the picture of the front of the shop with the new window display for November. The halloween window was so cute, but only got to be up for 3 days. I get antsy to change things around anyway. We had the pink awning put up, when we moved in it was only the metal frame that has been naked for around 20 years. Makes a huge difference. I share it with the cute shop next door :)
